1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

• "bob69" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to bob69, the online gaming platform accessible at https://bob69.cam and all associated services, applications, and features.
• "User" / "you" / "Player" — any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any service provided by bob69.
• "Account" — the unique, individually registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" — any monetary balance held within a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or reward issued by bob69 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid identification and supporting documents before withdrawal of Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Activities" — actions explicitly prohibited under Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency supported on the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, draw schedules, and support hours unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of bob69 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated Account on the Platform under any username or identity.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when placing wagers or operating an Account.

bob69 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Where a User is found to be ineligible, bob69 may suspend or permanently close the Account and forfeit any Funds held therein to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and Funds being withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and must notify bob69 promptly of any changes via the Account Settings panel or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bob69 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. bob69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Account registration is subject to identity verification (KYC). Full withdrawal access requires successful completion of KYC by submitting a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address, and a selfie verification image. Processing typically completes within 1–24 hours of submission.

4Deposits

bob69 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Standard minimum is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are set per channel and displayed at the time of transaction. bob69 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. bob69 shall not be liable for any bank fees, transfer charges, or delays imposed by the sending institution.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets held in the name of the registered Account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Typically within 5–15 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB).
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Typically within 15–60 minutes.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 15–30 minutes.
• All channels outside business hours: Processed within 2–4 hours.

Transactions exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may be subject to additional security review and may take up to 3 hours. bob69 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bob69 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing any withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected. Withdrawals involving funds subject to an active wagering requirement will not be processed until the requirement is fully met.

6Bonuses & Promotions

bob69 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Idul Fitri, and Imlek. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and may not be combined unless specifically permitted.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets subject to minimum odds requirements as stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from issuance unless a different expiry is stated on the promotion page.
• bob69 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an Account at any time if it believes the User obtained it through fraudulent means, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited every Monday at 12:00 WIB.

7Gameplay Rules

All games offered on bob69 — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules made available within the game interface. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand those rules before placing any wager.

All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning governed by the respective studio's procedures. bob69 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round, the affected round will be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the User's Account. bob69 shall not be liable for any consequential claims arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official rules published on the relevant betting market page. Results are confirmed using recognized official sources. In cases of disputed results, bob69's decision is final after review by the trading team.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits exist to ensure responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and sustainable game economics. bob69 may adjust betting limits at any time at its sole discretion.

8Responsible Gaming

bob69 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of earning income or resolving financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a set timeframe before further play is restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when a defined play session duration is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently).

bob69 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all Funds returned to the original payment method.

9Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information, or artificially inflate bet volumes for bonus abuse purposes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised with a financial institution without first seeking resolution through bob69's dispute process.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive language directed at bob69 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology for the purpose of bypassing geographic or account restrictions.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bob69 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and trade marks — is the exclusive property of bob69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, translated, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of bob69.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bob69 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or winnings resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers.
• Security breaches resulting from a User's own failure to protect their login credentials or device security.
• Changes to laws or regulations that affect the legality of online gaming in the User's jurisdiction.

In any event, bob69's aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12Privacy & Data

bob69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements, by contacting [email protected].

13Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

bob69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User is found to be ineligible under Clause 2.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to do so.
• An Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

In cases of closure due to a breach, bob69 may withhold Funds pending investigation. Where confirmed fraud is established, Funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bob69 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bob69's internal dispute process by contacting our support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 calendar days, it may be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator under internationally recognized arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against bob69.

Nothing in this clause prevents bob69 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or interests.

bob69 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legally permissible in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your country or region before using the Platform.
